I can not only touch my nose with my tongue, I can touch the center of my tongue with my tongue tip, and hold it there.  It's a dominant trait ... a parent has to be able to do it also.  I had a friend with even more Amerindian in her than me ... she could roll her tongue and wiggle her ears.
